Manufacturing Capabilities

Accu-Tech is equipped with 18 CNC machining centers, 6 EDM machines, 2 CNC turn-milling machines and 2 ordinary milling machines and can provide you all custom machining service, such as  CNC milling , CNC turning , manual machining, grinding, wire cutting, electric discharge machining, stamping,  sheet metal fabrication, tube bending , welding and mechanical assembly works.The milling parts that Accu-Tech can process are with the dimensions within 800 x 650 x 450 mm. Its tolerance is 0.005mm, and the surface roughness can be very good, till Ra 0.8.

Stainless steel: SS201, SSS301, SS303, SS304, SS316, SS416, SS440C etc.

Steel: Mild steel, Carbon steel, 4140, 4340, Q235, Q345B, 20#, 45# etc.

Brass/Bronze: HPb63, HPb62, HPb61, HPb59, H59, H68, H80, H90, 

Copper: C11000, C12000, C36000 etc.

Aluminum: AL2024, AL5052, AL5083, AL6061, AL6063, AL6082, AL7075

Iron: A36, 45#, 1213, 1214, 1215 ect.

Finishing Capabilities:

Aluminum alloy: Clear anodized, color anodized, sand blast anodized, hard anodized, brushing, polishing, powder coated and painting

Brass/copper/steel: Nickel plating, chrome plating

Steel/Stainless steel: Zinc plating, oxide black, carburized, heat treatment, nitriding 

Quality Assurance

Accu-Tech Machining  has a full complement of Quality Inspection Equipment and Instruments. Each operation of every job is under the watchful eye of Accu-Tech’s quality management team – assuring each operation meets or exceeds specifications. All of the inspection tools that are used at Accu-Tech are calibrated on a regular basis.

Packing 

Different products we will use different packing, Every order will be well-packed and sealed before shipment, we promise you that the goods will reach your hand in safe and as fast as possible.
1.Usual packing: By pearl cotton/bubble bag/plastic wrap + carton box , 0.5-10kg/carton box.
2.Special packing(for large part/large quantity order): By pearl cotton/bubble bag/plastic wrap +carton box+wooden box.

3.As customers' requirement for cnc parts.

Delivery

1.Bulk production can be shipped by sea or by air
    By Sea: 29-35 days to Europe and 15-30 days to North America
    By Air : 3-7 day for direct fight and 7-10 days for indirect route
2. Sample Order or Small orders can be shipped by Courier
    1-3 days by priority
    3-5 days by normal
    5-10 days by economical
